About Us
The B.O.A Institute is an educational institution, based on community contributions from Arab students and investors. It was founded in America by the Arab community in New York State in 1999 and began its work in the early 2000s. It remains to this day one of the largest educational institutions ever. It has helped tens of thousands of students learn languages.
We work with top-notch teachers and education professionals to develop language learning materials for our students.
Each course is taught in small groups by enthusiastic teachers. Lessons are delivered via live visual means (video), so students can interact with the teacher in real time so that they can ask questions and get all the support they need to learn.
We believe in providing the best language learning methods available to our students so that they can learn at their leisure from home and see quick results with their own eyes.
Certified teachers
To ensure the highest possible standard of education for our students, we have American-speaking teachers. Furthermore, all of our teachers are experienced in teaching languages as a second language and are motivated to work with us.
This in itself ensures that all our students receive all the support and tools they need to learn our languages effectively.

The Academy will not be held responsible for the student not being aware of the terms of use, and all students at the Institute must adhere to all terms, regulations, and legal obligations of the Academy.
Service description:
B.O.A provides you with access to a variety of resources, including interactive training tutorials, learning tools, download spaces, blogs, course information, curricula, and electronic resources (collectively, the “Services”). The Services, including updates, improvements and/or new features, are subject to.
Recorded calls:
The B.O.A Institute records calls to ensure quality control and ensure that all its services are provided in full effectiveness. These calls are considered a reference in the event of any error or disagreement.
The clear agreement by the student with the academic advisor in these calls is considered an oral or verbal contract concluded between him and the institute, and this verbal contract is considered a guarantee of the student’s rights and the institute’s rights under the law.
Refunds upon cancellation:
All we want is for you to be satisfied. If you are experiencing any problems with the service provided to you, please contact the technical support team and give us the opportunity to correct things.
If you decide to cancel your participation in the course please note that virtual classes, like any other classes, have limited capacity. Our classes are in high demand and late cancellations prevent other students from getting a place next term.
Therefore, the student is not entitled to recover the amounts paid after the start of the course.
Equipment:
The Institute does not bear any responsibility for the student’s equipment (such as: computer, modem, and headphones). In other words, you are solely responsible for the condition of your personal equipment and for carrying out the necessary technical tests.
